How to make a gift to the Law School

Sending a Gift by Mail

Please send your check to:

Please make checks payable to the “Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania.”

Tip:  Want your gift to count in the current tax year? Make sure your envelope’s postmark date is December 31st or earlier.

Give a Gift of Securities

To give a gift of securities, please complete this form and send it to your broker to initiate the transfer. If you have any questions, you can email Andy Maynard (amaynard@law.upenn.edu) or the University’s Securities Office (stockgifts@lists.upenn.edu).

Matching Gifts

If your company matches charitable giving by its employees, your contribution to the Law School may be doubled. Forms are generally available from your company’s Human Resources department.

Planned Gifts and Bequests

We can help donors tailor bequest intentions to maximize tax savings while supporting the Law School. These bequests can include gifts of stock, life insurance, real estate, or other retirement plans. A variety of life income arrangements are also available, including Charitable Gift Annuities and Charitable Remainder Trusts.
